Parking Agreement

• by parking here you agree to these terms:

  • parking fees apply. place money in the orange honor box at the end of the parking lot. All parking is on the honor system.

  • not responsible for theft, damage to vehicle or contents

  • not responsible for accidents

  • no alcohol

  • no glass  

  • pick up your garbage and always leave the creek and property better than you found it

  • unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed, towed or booted at vehicle owner's expense

  • $6 per parking space, pay for all spots you take up

  • respect private property owners.

  • there may be black out dates depending on when tenants or events need the parking spaces available

  • open dawn to dusk, vehicles left after dark will be towed

  • THIS LOT IS FOR KAYAK/PADDLE LAUNCH ONLY. NO HANGING OUT ON BANK, NO FISHING, NO SWIMMING. YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING AND YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED if you are using the property for anything other than launch/pickup.

***Please note that the stretch of creek from The Forks to Knights Bridge is not a beginner stretch.  Do not attempt this stretch with young children or inexperienced paddlers. Damage to boats is likely, and rafting may be a better option.

***Always have proper gear and PDF/life vests.
